Elastic straps offer static compression while holding the pad firmly in place.
Wrap-On Pads may be used with the Polar Care Glacier, Cube, and Cub only.
Proper use requires an insulation barrier between the pad and the patient's skin.
The water-impermeable Sterile Polar Dressings offered by Breg provide a complete barrier between the pad and the patient's skin.

I received the Breg Polar Care Glacier Cold Therapy System at Dartmouth's New London Hospital following my knee replacement surgery. I loved it. It was quiet, easy to use, kept my knee cooled and swelling down. And it beat one that we had used for my mother - and kept having to replace the ice often. Cold Therapy pad for ankle

The ankle pad is comfortable and covers the affected area without moving out of place. It made recovery from a heel spur removal much less painful.

Great purchase for my hip replacement icing

I had borrowed a polar cube from a friend, but she had had knee replacement, and I needed hip. I was able to procure the proper hip pad for my needs quickly and easily. Cold therapy is effective and knee wrap is comfortable to use. The hose quick-attach makes it easy to clip in and out without taking the whole thing off.
